Product Change, Refund and Return Policies of X-REAL Power Move Co., Ltd.
Our primary goal at X-REAL Power Move Co., Ltd. is to ensure customer satisfaction. We provide appropriate change, refund and return services within 7 days from the date of product receipt (based on the postage stamp affixed to the product packaging) only in the case of damaged, defective, or unused products.
Please note that the products eligible for change, refund, return, and money-back guarantee must be in “”new”” condition and remain in the “”same”” condition as when you received them. X-REAL Power Move Co., Ltd welcomes change, return or/and refund solely for the following two reasons:
First Reason: 1. Damaged or Defective Products
1.1 The product is damaged upon delivery and/or in a damaged packaging.
1.2 The plastic wrap or seal of the product packaging must be intact.
– The product must not have been used.
– The product must be in complete packaging and in 100% original condition.
Second Reason: 2. Incorrect products differed from your order.
2.1 The received product differs from its image/color or does not match the product description stated on the website www.x-realsport.com.
2.2 The product must not have been used (if possible, customers can refer to the product details on the packaging without unpacking).
2.3 The product must be in its original condition, with complete and sealed packaging, and in 100% original, complete condition.
Extra Recommendations:
• In case of receiving wrong products from your order, please refrain from opening the package. In case of any damage in packaging or product damages, the store will not accept product exchanges under any circumstances.
• In case of ordering the wrong product due to customer’s own decision, the store will not accept product change, returns, refund under any circumstances.
• In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please provide photographic/video evidence of the unboxing process, external condition, and internal condition.
• Return the damaged/wrong product to [address] with the shipping cost borne by [responsible party].
